The Flow 72" x 144" 94K Dynamic Waterjet |

We
have recently added a Flow 72" x 144" Dynamic Waterjet to our facility. This
will allow us to fit material up to 6' x 12'!
Dynamic Waterjets produce faster
and more accurate parts with no heat affected zones. Flow's Waterjet
SmartStream™ technology automatically
tilts the Waterjet's head to eliminate taper and stream lag allowing
the Waterjet to produce parts with a higher cut quality. The Dynamic Waterjet
can often eliminate secondary processing saving valuable time and money. |

The Primeline 175 T, 10' CNC Press Brake |

We have also added Primeline's
175 Ton CNC Press Brake that fits material up to 10'.
Primeline's CNC Press Brake bends and shapes metal while keeping deflection
at the lowest possible level. While fabricating, the Servo valves and linear
scales keep specifications within +/- 0.0004" for accurate
repeatability. The swiveling CNC Controller allows the operator to precisely
adjust the position of the ram and gauge axes. |

The Romer Infinite 2.0 Portable CMM |

|
|
|
Product inspection is
a very important process. To help us stay on the cutting edge, we have added
the Romer Infinite 2.0 Portable Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) with "in
The Field" Verification to our fleet.
The Romer Infinite 2.0 Portable CMM will allow us to accurately measure hard-to-reach
areas through demanding shop floor conditions or on unwieldy workpieces. The
Romer Infinite 2.0 CMM offers system verification "in the field" with
a NIST-traceable calibrated length standard allowing the operator to easily
verify and document system performance for ISO or customer requirements. |
